Looking at deploying a 3 node CallBridge cluster to allow Cisco end-points that support OBTP to join a Skype for Business (Cloud Only, no On-Prem) conference. I understand you have to have public certificates on the CMS nodes for the CallBridge components, and the CN name must match the Pool name on the S4B front end server as the CallBridge uses a connection on port 443 to communicate directly with the S4B front end server to resolve some meeting info. My question is, will the S4B front end server try to resolve the DNS names in the certificates back to an IP address? I ask because the CallBridges are on a private network and will not be static NATted so they will not have defined public IP addresses to be put into DNS. Any insights would be appreciated.
