Consider the following when deciding whether to configure your TelePresence Content Server in terminal or gateway mode:
When registered as a terminal, the maximum number of registrations allowed to the gatekeeper from a Content Server is 25, meaning that the maximum number of recording aliases is 25. When registered as a gateway, there is no maximum - i.e. an unlimited number of recording aliases.
If the Content Server is registered to a gatekeeper in terminal mode, only system aliases and dedicated personal recording aliases (with the owner set to api-admin) are available for recording.
Note also that the gateway versus terminal mode decision is relevant for h.323 registrations, not for SIP registrations.
