CSCua58112 - Jabber Softphone-Mode -> CTI Mode

Hi. 

 

Is there a Plan to finally implement this?

 

Since the latest version the Jabber-Client switches to Softphone-Mode as soon as our Users leave the house (MRA - which is nice).

When they get back to their desk, it does NOT switch back to CTI-Mode.

This Results in Error messages like "My Phones Microphone and Speaker are not working..."

You have to really think about this setting every Morning when you bring your Laptop back to work...

The 2 Parameters in UCM regarding this problem are there since very long time. But they don't seem to be used.

Do i have an other possibility (via config.xml or editing MSI or ...) to get rid of this Problem?

By now, the Problem gets bigger and bigger. More and more Users complain about it. The first call from a customer, they accept in the morning does not work in cause of they accidentally are in Softphone-Mode without having a Headset attached. Voices raise from Managers, that we should rollback the Jabber installations.

Are we really the only ones with this Problem?
