cuac advanced- unable to login as operator using ldap or CUCM IMPORT

Hi all,

When I import a user from LDAP or CUCM I am can't login with the password of the user and I must change the 
Passphrase in the CUAC local,
so there is no option to make regular authentication?

We have CCMSoruce enabled as Directory Source Mgmt. CUCM is using LDAP and does not have this issue.
