Hello all. Im wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a way for an administrator to query if a queue is in administration mode without logging into the client.
We have a scenario where, when there are no attendants in the office we need to query wether the queue was placed in emergency mode, however I dont seem to be able to find anything in webadmin to show.
Could this be possible via SQL Que
