CUCM 10 recorded messages

I have a query regarding cucm 10, I am looking at a cucm cluster of 2 nodes with the appropriate vm's for call manager, voicemail, tftp, moh and elm..... one of the requirements is that certain extensions will be recorded as this is an industrial site.... for health and safety reasons, recording will be done by an external system via sip trunk......, the requirement is for legal reasons that external calls to these direct in dial lines must have a recorded message stating that the call is recorded......, this is for approx. 12 -15 lines, how can this be achieved, IP IVR? , this is not going to a call centre or operator ... just DID , or do they have to go into a que and then select an option to proceed.... etc.... or can this be done with auto attendant...

Could you use a call handler on Unity Connection side, and recording profiles on the CUCM side.  The call handler could play the greeting stating that the line is recorded.  That is the first thought that comes to mind....
