DeskPhone mode problem

Dear,

I have cucm8.6 and cups8.6 and jabber for windows as client.

the problem is that i create correct device for Jabber for Windows Client and i can use it in softphone mode but when i choose use my phone for calling the jabber can't connect to deskphone and see the Capture2.png screenshot. i don't know what would really be the problem.

another question is that what it should the CTI Server Address to unknown in show connection status. i promise that i configure xml and jabber parameter in cups correctly.

our solution is in presence mode and i create the _cuplogin dns record in DNS server

i appreciate if you could help me for that problem.

Hi,

Looks like your template is incorrectly configured. You are currently trying to use 'Group Pickup; whereas you should be using 'Pickup'

Try this:-

voice register template 1 feature-button 1 Pickup

Also, you may wish to use a soft-key instead of feature-buttons

voice register template 1
softkeys idle Newcall Pickup Redial
!

Do yo have a proper CTI group assigned, the proper roles and permissions and have filled in the info to use CUCM in you Jabber?
