Hi All,

Can you please help me with the following ?

We have installed jabber in desktop and mobile devices, users are complaining that when the receive the Jabber message  in the mobile, this message does not replicate to desktop, the same happen if the message gets to the desktop, this is not replicated to the mobile. so there is not a synchronization of the conversation for the session in both sides.

Can you please confirm if is possible to have the conversation at the same time in both sessions. (deskphone and mobile).

Thanks in advance,

Alberto

With Multiple Device Messaging (MDM), you can have your one-to-one instant message (IM) conversations tracked across all devices on which you are currently signed in. If you are using a desktop client and a mobile device, which are both MDM enabled, messages are sent, or carbon copied, to both devices. Read notifications are also synchronized on both devices as you participate in a conversation.

Thanks anyways.
