Display URL in Contact Profile on Jabber for windows

Hello all,

I am currently using Jabber for Windows 11.0

Is it possible to display an URL in the contact profile.

For example an URL to a company website or something like that?

I mean that you can click on it and it opens the URL in a web browser.

You cannot add more info fields to what you see when you click on view profile, your only option would be to re-use one of the existing ones and add that kind of information, not too sure if you could click on it though, you would need to test it.

I tested it with http://www.cisco.com and it displays it in plain text.

Is there maybe a special syntax to tell jabber that the URL should be opened in a web browser?

Honestly, no idea, as I told you before, you might not be able to click it, those fields are not supposed to have that kind of content in the first place. I think possibly it only recognizes strings of numbers or URIs.
