How to record Jabbers on mobile where the same access-point?

Dear All,

I have recorded voice calling between Jabber on mobile and Jabber on mobile with passive (SPAN port)

but voice wasn't recorded because packets don't pass through the port uplink or some port on switch.

Only Data packet that could be sniffed

(voice was sent through AP only cause they connect same AP)

Could you have any experience about this?

How to record Jabber on mobile where the same access-point?

If you use CUCM, add a recording server to the mix.
