I'm running Cisco Spark Version 2.0.6054.0 and can't download or see preview of shared files - see attached screen shot. Any ideas how to resolve this?

I recommend you send feedback via the Cisco Spark app directly to the engineering team.

They will be able to help you troubleshoot this issue or to determine if this is a bug that needs addressing.
