IF Spark is the future why isn't Cisco using it for support of Spark

I have early adopter cold feet.

Having to post a Forum question of a Bulletin board descendant only makes it worse.

1. The Forum page directs to a page that has an expired certificate,

Its like the dev team did a hand over and the ops  team just shrugged. Isn't  this the organisation touting Spark's end to end Encryotion ?

'Trust us" we know certs !'

2. there's a bug in the Mac OSX Client, a Basic Unit test should have caught the issue.

Problem = When two screens are attached the Preferences  > Sharing preview shows a 90 Degree CCW Rotation

Yes of course  I looked here first

Cisco Spark | Cisco Spark for Mac - Release Notes

And I guess Technically the support pages where I post screenshots of my SPARK encrypted problems doesn't fall into scope.

since Encryption is more a of a 'guideline'

Hi Sean,

I see from the screen shot you are headed to the old projectsquared.com site.  Projectsquared was rebranded Cisco Spark and everything should be pointed to support.ciscospark.com.  If you are still having issues give us a call and we can track down where any of the old links are and get them removed.

We are available 24/7

  • US Toll Free – 1-844-772-7524 or 1-844-SPARK-24
  • International Direct Dial – 408-906-1107

Sean, we're contacting the team that manages the Forum page so that those links will be updated.

The correct link for the latest downloads and more is www.ciscospark.com
