IM & Presence Compliance server for Audit/monitoring purpose

Hi All ,

Its  mandatory to Audit/Monitor  IM/File transfer Messages as per our organization policy.Like Trigger security incident if there any unprofessional languages or confidential data used in the chat

Message archiver  service can provide Audit/Monitoring functionality using External Data (SQL server) ?

Do we have any third party compliance server available which is supported by cisco IM & presence server for the All the Audit/Monitoring purposes ?

Either one is supported, if you use an external DB it would be your responsibility to come up with a way to pull the data from the DB in a format you can use (SQL queries, web page, etc.)

If you buy a 3rd party compliance, those usually already have that, and many other features.

There is no list of recommendations, there are options, you can search CSC for some options people are using, I know Verba is a popular one and has a lot of added features.
