Greetings.
I just install a new IMP 11.5 and when i try to add Users from my CUCM , I dont saw it in the IMP.
My service a Cisco Sync agent failed after started it.
My SIP Trunk Its working good, and taking in TCP.
What other think it can be?

Have you already tried restarting the sync agent?

Yes. I even tried to reinstall the IMP

I Still have the same problem. I Update the versión of the Cucm AND IMP to the 11.5su5
If it help in the dashboard of the IMP it show Sync Status AXL failure.

Where i can find the AXL user that Sync IMP to Cucm?
