Does anyone have inbound CallerID working on their Cisco Spark Call service?
I have a customer where it is not working, but i have Intellipeer saying it is a Spark issue; and Spark saying that if Intellipeer sends the info then they will present it on the phones.

Did you hear anything else about this? I have a customer that's reporting the same issue with CID.

Yes, I had to open a support ticket with the SIP provider, Intelepeer, and they were able to fix it on their end.
They initially passed me back to Spark support, but at the end of the day it was the provider.

Thank you, the customer reporting the issue is using intellepeer as well so i will reach out to them.
