Having issues configuring MRA with the following:
CUCM/IMP 12.5
Expressway 12.5.9
Windows DNS with internal.domain and external.domain
I'm trying to enable users to login using 'userid@external.domain' when inside and outside of the network.
'userid@internal.domain' is ok but want to allow users to use the email form they're used to 'userid@external.domain'
I've changed CUCM to use FQDN.
I've configured DNS - added subdomain uc.external.domain and the cisco-uds and cuplogin SRVs.
Users still cannot login to Jabber using external domain when inside or outside network.
I've followed the Separate Domains guide but its not very detailed. I've also stuck it through the CSA.
What am I missing?
