have you experienced this? - Jabber just beeps twice and no ring tone. Users have only Jabber voice with no desk phone.
I just installed the last version for PC 11.1.2 with the same issue also on MAC 11.1 Call Manager is release 10.5.2.12901-1

Please the the DN configuration for this device on Call manager. If this DN is shared with an IP Phone, please try reproducing on IP Phone. This does not sounds like a Jabber specific issue but most likely a Call Manager configuration issue.

Its a single DN only associated with Jabber frame work client. Its working for some users but not for others – the same issue on MAC and PC client.
Additionally we are using WebEx connect (Jabber Cloud)

Found the solution on user FWC profile - DND option should be unchecked.
Thanks - I just tested and it works.

We had this same issue, I read this forum and spent most of my time working out what FWC meant.
I have always called it the csf profile, but anyhow it is the same problem and is indeed fixed by changing the settings in the csf profile for Jabber under the DND stuff
