Jabber Call History- Softphone

Hi Everyone,

Im having issues with Jabber not displaying call history. We are currently running 9.7.4 (soon to be 9.7.6) and the "recents" tab is completely blank even after making/receiving a call. Most users facing this issue are remote employees and don't have desk phones. Any ideas?

Hi Jordoomer,

 

You most likely hit this defect CSCun73729, details as below:

The fix is not in 9.7.6. You have to upgrade to 10.5.x. The latest version 10.6.4 is recommended.
