Jabber can't accept certificate file

I run jabber on my Windows, when I login, it prompted a waring message"Cisco Jabber can not accept the certificate file".

I tried to uninstall Jabber and erase the folder related to Cisco Jabber, but it still does not work, is there anybody met this issue before?

Any comment will be appreciated.
