jabber cannot dial outside

Hi,

Jabber client cannot call outside , css is correct . And I am not using video calls ?

What could be the problem .

Troubleshoot as any other phone, look at GW debugs to find out the disconnect cause reason code, if you don't even see the call in the GW, then review your CUCM config.
