Jabber cannot talk and hear

Hi ALL

 

We are using Call Manager System version: 10.5.1.11900-13. We are not able to talk through Jabber with a VPN connection (Out of Office). May I know how to troubleshoot? 

 

By the way, we are able to login Jabber but the only thing we cannot talk and hear for both side

Start by making sure your routing config allows end to end communications between the two devices, and that there's nothing blocking the RTP stream.
