Good day! Can I get an integration Jabber for Windows and Outlook, if there are CUCM 8.6.2.23900-10 and Jabber for WIndows 11-1-1 in my deployment?

Hi Mikhail,
Yes, it is possible. Please check the following ( pages 222-226 )

How about Click-to-Call application? What's the difference between an integration of Jabber for Windows 11 and Outlook and Cisco Click to Call application.

Before Jabber, the Click-to-call application was running on Webex messenger with the integration of CUCM and Cisco Webex messenger to make calls. Now with Jabber it is no more use and applicable. Old webex connect and CUPC are now replaced with the Jabber.

Mikhalil, You can focus only on the Jabber integration with MS outlook for your requirement referring to the links shared by Manish in this thread.
