A customer has a Jabber Directory Integration with LDAP. From the Jabber search, he should be able to search users by various other LDAP Attributes. The feature generally works (e.g. he can search for a City, and it will show him all users that have the City in their "Location" LDAP Attribute - i confirmed that this info is coming from the LDAP), however one of the Attributes doesnt, namely the "Department", which is a 4 Digit code. Searching for those numbers does not find anything. I already checked if the LDAP Attribute for that field is Indexed, and it is, so from the side of LDAP both fields look the same. What could it possibly be? Is there a place on CUCM/IMP where i can configure / specify LDAP Attributes to be searchable from Jabber?
