Jabber for Windows to use IP Phone second line

Hi All

Currently we have deployed Cisco Jabber for windows for users in deskphone controle mode. Does anybody know a way that we can configure Jabber for windows to use IP Phone second line as default default line. By default jabber will pick IP Phone's first line and is working fine.

Pls let me know if anybody have experiance on this kind of thing

The Jabber client doesn't have support for multi-line yet.

We don't want multi line support. Our requirment is to controll the IP Phone's second line using Jabber fo Windows. Is this possible?

The multiline support will provide the ability to control the second line. Currently, only the designated primary line can be controlled.

When you say the "designated primary line", do you mean the physical phone's line 1 or do you mean the end user's selected primary line on the associated phone?
