Jabber not displaying queue name

Migrating from CIPC to Jabber.  Agents that are Piloting this indicate the name of the queue is not showing as it did in CIPC.  Any idea how to resolve this?  Also have TAC Case on this  693910511

Any help would be very much appreciated.
