Jabber on Smartphone first call fails

Hi

I have installed UC 10.5.1 solution. I am using jabber for iphone and android. When i make a call from 1 phone to the other, the first call always fails. It rings once on the destination phone and hangs up. The calling phone still hears ring back, but the call has failed already

All subsequent calls work without issue. Has anyone come across this issue?

I have the same problem but with Jabber for windows and I also have installed UC 10.5.1. I don't have the solution yet. Does anyone find  a solution for this issue??

I have users reporting the exact same issue for both inbound and outbound on Jabber for windows. The first attempt always fails and the 2nd try goes through.

were you able to resolve the issue?
