Iam facing issue with jabber chat save to outlook feature.
we are having only external exchange server and i have edited xml file and new menu is showing in jabber client,but it is not connecting to exchange server.
Please find below configurations.

Resolved by just adding exchanger server domain
I think that you need to use what is known as Modern Authentication to connect to Exchange. This is because Microsoft has depreciated Basic Authentication since awhile back. Modern Authentication uses Oath to authenticate.
