Jabber SDK Garbled Audio

Hi,

We're currently using Jabber SDK to create a web-based softphone to be able to coach existing jabber calls.

In our tests, any call initiated by a web client to another cisco device or to a PSTN produces garbled audio.

Here is the test case and the results:

What can cause this?

Here is the link of the actual recording played through from the packet capture:

Hi @cistera.com,

I would look through the Cisco Bug Search Tool and see if this is a know bug, perhaps with a known workaround.

Best of luck!

Actually this issue seems to be caused by Windows RDP. Performing the same test locally had no issues, although, from the same remote workstation Jabber calls were 100% clear as well. Not sure what MS is doing with their "virtual" microphones, but it seems to be in their court.
