Jabber status in outlook showing grey out

Hello,

i am using jabber 12.8.X and it is showing available to me and same to other on their outlook and jabber application.

when i go to outlook type my email it is showing grey out status for me only.  

what could be the case and how to close it?

Check your computer registry settings under Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IM Providers the DefaultIMApp should be Cisco Jabber
