We are looking to roll out Jabber for Windows to a number of users to work as their primary voice client and also provide video, IM and presence. A small number of these users will be UCCX agents and I'm aware that UCCX cannot control Jabber at this time so these users will have to use IP Communicator. Are there any issues with running Jabber and IP communicator on the same laptop simultaneously? Can Jabber control IP Communicator as its deskphone?
