I do not have a ring tone and can't hear my callers but using other phone, they say they hear me. I checked on audio in settings, I believe all is set well.
What do I do to restore my ring tone and be able to hear my callers back again.
May I know, if you are using Jabber, Cisco IP Communicator, or Hard Phone ?. Did you try deleting the Phone, and CSF profile from Devices and trying to recreate it again?
