Report for Jabber on last logged out time for user

I am trying to sort out which users are actively using jabber and whether anyone has left themselves logged into jabber. I also need it to check when the last time they logged out to check for inactive users.

Is it possible to produce a report on when a user last logged out?

If so, how would I go about doing this?
