Spark Hybrid Call Integration

Hello All,

I'm newer in Spark, and i'm trying to create the integration between Spark Calls and my on premise system.

Are only Cisco solutions supported or I can link SparkCall with my system? I have in lab one installation of 3CX, and Siemens.

Second Question, Autoattendant, is only avalaible in Cloud Call configurations?

Nope no plans it's a feature for Cisco on premise to tightly integrate with Cisco cloud solutions
