Spark with Windows 10

Hi, I have a Laptop HP Touch with Windows 10 pro version 1709 and have problem with the camera for Cisco Spark,Has someone had the same problem and been able to solve it?

i have this issue, but i have found that this is a Problem with the USB Port3 with USB2 it is working.
