TMS participants when imported from Exchange?

Has anyone used the TMS booking API and seen where when Conferences are imported from Exchange, they don't include the actual participants?  Also, it would be nice if the TMS conference title was set to the  Exchange meeting subject, but that doesn't seem to be the case either.

The Exchange subject should be the TMS meeting title.  And any room resources in Exchange that are monitored by TMSXE should be booked in TMS.

Have you edited the required Exchange room properties?  What version of Exchange?

The TMS Conference Title always defaults to an empty string....which is actually fine for me now as I've changed my design approach to accommodate that.  The room and endpoints are booked correctly in TMS and that is sufficient now for my design.
