unable to see training videos

Hi,
I am unable to access the learning /training videos. Example i tried to see CUCM Training videos and also webinar videos. Its grayed out for me.

Recent i joined CCIE Collaboration Certification: Mobile and Remote Access (MRA) Deployment and Troubleshooting - Part 1 but here also i am unable to access videos.

You need to use the help option from that site, CSC is not support for learning network.
