Hello - No the Touch 10 is not customizable at this time.  So you can't upload a user guide.

We have customers who use custom wallpaper on the LCD screens with basic instructions.  This is quite common, even within Cisco.

Here is a sample wallpaper that we use at trade shows.

All you really need is someone who is good with computer graphics.  Decide what text you want, or which graphics you want to display, and then ask this person to make it into a .png file with 1920x1080 resolution.
