We are trying to initiate a video call from Webex Teams within Chrome browser on a Ubuntu 16.04 platform.
However, when we click on the video call button, there's no response ... how can we troubleshoot further?
Below are the steps which we have already tried:

If you don't see your camera or microphone when using the Webex web app in the Chrome browser, you may need to adjust your browser settings directly. The camera and microphone settings in Chrome can be found here:
chrome://settings/content/camera
chrome://settings/content/microphone
You may be required to restart your browser after plugging in a new device.
We can use VLC to see the video in Ubuntu 16.04, but not in Webex Teams.
What are further troubleshooting steps ?
