WebEx CUCM User Sync Problem

Hi Guys

 

I have an issue where End Users configured on CUCM will not auto sync with WebEx.

Ive tried both LDAP End Users and manual End Users and have the same problem.

Groups and Roles are configured correctly and it ws working before but then suddenly stopped.

Hi 

 

Users take 6 months to purge from WebEx

So if you rename a user domain etc then the users will not sync after 6 months

The configuration seems to be correct but its still not syncing.

Any other ideas?
