Hello everyone,
we have a case where the host is unavailable (due to sickness or holiday), and the event that has been scheduled must be edited (new date, add/delete participants,...).
The alternate host has only limited abilities and cannot edit the event just like the host do. We can reassign the event to another host but I am wondering if there is another solution for this kind of scenario.
Why is this designed like this with just 1 host? Customer say that when they use Citrix GotoMeeting, they can assign a deputy host who can take over if necessary.
Please give me some advice on this.
