Dear team,
I am trying to update my webex meeting server (50 user machine) version: 2.8.1.17.B-AE to 2.8.1.1023.B. I have uploaded the iso image to datastore and seleted CD drive of the admin machine with the uploaded iso image. While trying to update i got the error message : We are unable to check the health of the system , Re-try operation later. Contact Cisco TAC.
When I disabled maintenance mode and tried again i got another error message: ISO image validation error. Re-try the operation later. If the issue persists, contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for further assistance.
