PACKET TRACER KEEPS CLOSING AFTER A FEW SECONDS.

I installed, uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version of the Cisco Packet Tracer but everytime I try to do a lab it closes a few seconds after opening it. Can someone kindly help me?

Please provide answers to the following questions to get more clarity on this issue:

• Which OS you are using..? (Widows/Linux/Mac)

• Is your system OS is upto date..? Have you installed all pending OS Updates on the computer?

• Does this issue occur on a Local account?

• Is this issue confined only with the cisco packet tracer program? or Other programs also having the same issue...?
