Adding Summary Lines to CUIC Report

I have a dept requesting modification to the "Agent Not Ready" historical report.  They would like individual summary lines for each agent, as well as a separate summary only report version that does not show each interval. I know in the old version of CUIC, you could create a summary line, as well as summary only reports but I have not been able to find a way in 12.5. 

Any help is greatly appreciated!

If you run the report and go into the Group by section, doesn't that allow you to do the grouping you want like by agent for instance?

The TR_Historical Agent Not Ready Historical report does not have a group by section that I can find.  

I checked a few other reports, stock, as well as legacy reports from Webview, and non have the Group By option.

You're probably looking in a Stock report, which you can't change. If you do a save as on that report, and then go to edit it, you should see options for "Group by" in several sections/depending on what you click.
