or a ctrl+f in the script editor (with the node or variable reference) will also pull the hits of that variable in all active scripts.

So like mentioned above, you can find them by going into Script Editor and using the Find feature and select look in all scripts. You can also go into Configuration Mnager under Script Reference and it will show you the similar information, all of the scripts that use a particular item.

So you want to know that variable A is referenced in admin script A and routing script A and B? And the find or script reference lookups don’t give you what you want?

Yes.. User variable A referenced to admin script and routing script (variable is used randomly to other scripts as well).. iam new to UCCE.. any document or steps to find the script names where variables are used? SQL queries also helps.

In Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), admin scripts are typically used to configure various aspects of the system, while routing scripts are used to define how incoming contacts (such as calls or chats) are handled and routed within the contact center. Mapping admin scripts to routing scripts involves associating specific admin scripts with routing scripts to enable certain functionalities or configurations within the routing logic. This mapping ensures that the routing scripts utilize the appropriate configurations set up by the admin scripts. It's a way to organize and manage the configuration and routing logic separately while ensuring they work together seamlessly within the UCCE environment.

Any way to understand what all aspects mapped to admin script and routing script?
