Agent specific report from CUIC (UCCE 10.x))

Hey all.

Have can I make an report to my finesse agent that shows the agents own stats.

Calls handled, talk time etc.

I'm using UCCE 10.5 and Finesse 10.5.1

I have tried with permalinks, but can't see have i can send filters with the link.

This information is only available to Admins. So, if you want to show this information to agents, on the Desktop, it should not be possible.
