API for External ASR Integration

Hi,

1.We have UCCE 11.0 Cisco System.

2. We have request to integrate to External ASR

3. The request is to get the call that transfer to ASR with customer attached data of the call.

4.Is there an API for this request.

Hi Michael,

Let me make sure I am understanding your question correctly, are you asking if there is an API to transfer a call to the ASR with the customer data from the call?

UCCE doesn't have APIs to transfer a call. Finesse has an API to transfer a call with call data, but you would need an application between Finesse and the ASR that can capture this data in the right format to send to the ASR.
