When I'm reading this paragraph:
SocialMiner High Availability Considerations, Cisco SocialMiner does not support high availability.
SocialMiner uses either a small or large, single-server, all-in-one, deployment. You cannot use a load-balancing, split site deployment.

I'm wondering what are the availability numbers of a SocialMiner deployment in %?
Because if the business marks i.e. the chat as an import channel you want to have that deployment as high available as possible.
