BAResponse is empty when a direct preview is declined

Hi,

We are using finesse with UCCX 10.X. When we decline the direct preview call and inspect the dialog XML we find the BAResponse to be empty but we see "Accept" in case we accept the reservation call.

Any help on why the value is empty is much appreciated.
