CAD Personal Directory Export/Migrate from 8.0

Hi all,

 

Am I correct in assuming that there is still no method for extracting UCCX Agent Personal Directories from within CAD and importing into a new version?

I'm currently upgrading from CCX 8.0 to 10.5 and decided to keep CAD rather than Finesse.

We have a lot of agents with personal directories that are staring down the barrel of re-input.

I wrote some software to export/import that data, but I've spent a fair bit of time on it so I can't give it away... PM me if you are interested. The data is in LDAP so is a little tricky to get at compared to SQL etc.
