Calabrio 1(Recording )

Hi,

We have Calabrio 1(version 9.5) in our lab.

We want to achieve On demand Record,Pause,Resume from  Custom Agent Desktop(CCE 11.5).

When i am Calling Rest API of calabrio to initiate Pause or Resume

Calabrio Api Document:-

http://<Base server IP>/recordingcontrols/rest/resume

"userdomain": "acme"

"username": "janedoe"

}

I am following same but getting the following Error.

{ "status":"User acme is not configured for recording"}

400:Bad Request

Is it possible to achieve this?

Please Advice on this.

Hi Kirti,

Unfortunately we do not provide support for the calabrio APIs because we do not have the expertise to do so. I would suggest you reach out to calabrio themselves.
